This is very good as it’s not like most delivery jobs where if it’s not busy you don’t get much of anything. My store guarantees 15/hour so if you don’t make 15 in an hour with delivery charge per order and tips they will cover the rest to 15 for job security.
There isn’t really a dress code besides a Insomnia Cookies hat and shirt which in the winter is covered by a coat anyways. My manager is really laid back and doesn’t really care about much as long as your getting the job done and doing it well. My store is by a large university with over 40k students and constantly gets business. That being said I believe it is case dependent on your location and your manager/co-workers how good working at Insomnia as a DELIVERY DRIVER. I’ve worked at Insomnia for about 4-5 months now as a college student doing delivery night shifts and I’d say in that regard the flexibility of the scheduling is good and the work around of going to school in the day and still being able to work is beneficial.
